Well, I went and did it, I started on the big work of art on my back.
How does 4 hours of someone dragging a blunt compass needle across your back sound?
I exagerate of course, it started uncomfortable, got to be relaxing... honest, but by the end it was really getting on my nerves.
Still got some more to go in terms of detailed shading, but I'm happy, oh yes, it feels good. Guess I'll skip the transparent shirts for work now.
I'll try & get a half decent pic just as soon as...

It's gonna be a biggie, can you guess what?

Did I forget to mention that? I must be falling in to the same trap the mass media do, pretending thousands of people in central London, just celebrating being- ME! YOU! US! THEM! are insignificant. We know better boys and girls huh?
It was a tremendous event! So many beautiful people! of all sizes, shades, tastes, shapes... reflecting the glorious richness of people and life. Wow!
Even St Martins in the Fields flew a rainbow flag. (So there is such a thing as an inclusive church) Looking at the stalls there in Trafalgar Square
Then into a bar in Soho to watch the tragic England match :-((( but what cool company, people from many nations and many, er, preferences- just people!
Hmmm, so many male torsos gyrating (alright, that doesn't sound like what was actually happening, but hey! a little poetic licence and modesty please)
That and being involved in the conference on Friday hearing talk of experiences in Moscow, Riga, Krakov etc. etc. Some inspirational and very brave people.
Be thankful for where you live!
Enough!

A much loved uncle of my partner's. We're all going, so it will be a big family affair me thinks
catch y'all after that

Ah, the annual pilgrimage North of the border is over again.
Made it to Cape Wrath, and if you have Google Earth I could prove it!
Have you seen 'phone2Gearth? Its a program which lets your (symbian) phone use a GPS aerial for much more interesting things than route finding! It'll capture a journey so that you can open a file in GoogleEarth and see it, and even add locations and relive the journey. Cool
I could send you a sample from our journeying if you ask.
Ah, back to work for me tho'

Well, June approaches- not that I want to wish my life away, but hey!
Roll on holidays! and just to get a taste- I remembered this site:
Journey to Ullapool...
We'll be staying just outside Ullapool, in the Braes, up a hill overlooking Loch Broom, which had the smallest radio station in the world (Lochbroom FM) but maybe now it has moved into a modern building rather than the shack, it no longer holds that title? Still cool to hear broadcasts in Gaelic
That's right, Get jealous

Getting the bike out, someone else saying, "I'll do lunch" :-)
Off for a spin in the sun on a cold cold clear morning... Brrr brrr brrrroooommm
playing with the new intercom/ radio/ phone thingy... testing the camera spotting software... Hmm, no cameras shown where I know there are some... needs some sorting
On to the gym for a rather good session, home to a roast (chicken) lunch with roasties & sweet potatoes, and more... yumm yum
chill watching the WSB for a bit (Hmm, to the accompaniment of my snoring actually), then off to visit daughter grandson et al.
Ahhh, a brilliant Sunday all round, only ever a shame it has to come to an end and Monday looms, but hey ho, life goes on, get it while its hot
